We have treated more than 3000 clients. Through experience we have adapted certain neural stimulation techniques, now the major focus of many studies, while adding complementary elements, in response to the needs and successful outcomes that have been observed over the years. We tailor-make each programme to the individual, since everyone we see has their own issues relating to different retained reflexes. Everyone is seen personally to ensure continuity of treatment.
Once diagnosed and assessed, you are given a treatment plan, which is generally carried out at home, fitting in around your day. It’s not a quick fix – it requires effort and commitment and for some, a small leap of faith. We normally continue treatment for about 1 year, depending on the degree of developmental delay and how the individual responds. Sometimes this can continue for 18 months or longer.

Many believe that a diagnosis is static, but there are interventions and so much can be changed. The globally changed conceptual understanding of neural plasticity of late has allowed renewed approach on what may be addressed and altered in the human body. This has been the underlying belief of the MIP for many years. Once neuro-motor immaturity is addressed by MIP, the benefits remain permanent. MIP is more effective in getting to the root of neuro-developmental delay and its associated learning difficulties, than any other treatment.
